📝 Submission Guidelines

Outstanding papers at the ACF2026 recommended by the scientific committee will be invited to submit the full papers on the special issues of the ACF journal and journals indexed in SCI(E).

1. Presentation Options

Authors can choose one of the following options:

  • Option A (Abstract Only): Oral presentation + Abstract. Published in the conference book of abstracts.
  • Option B (Full Paper / Extended Abstract): Oral presentation + Abstract + Full-length paper (max 8 pages) or Extended Abstract (max 2 pages).

2. Paper Requirements

  • Language: English
  • Length:
    • Full Papers: Max 8 pages.
    • Extended Abstracts: Max 2 pages.
  • Originality: Submissions must be original work not published elsewhere.

3. Presentation Format

  • Oral Presentations: 12 mins presentation + 3 mins Q&A.

Important Notice for Participants from China

If you are a participant from China and require assistance in obtaining a Taiwan Entry Permit for the conference, please follow the procedure below:

  • Step 1: Complete your abstract submission.
  • Step 2: After submission, please send your relevant personal information and entry permit request directly to Prof. Caijun Shi at cshi@hnu.edu.cn.

Prof. Shi will be consolidating all information for participants from China to facilitate the application process with the local organizing committee.
