ACF 2026 Speaker Guidelines

Session Information

Please visit the ACF 2026 Parallel Session page to check your session, presentation time, and venue.

Presentation Time

Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes:
12 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A.
A bell will ring at 10, 12, and 15 minutes as a time reminder.

Presentation Format

There is no required template or presentation format.

File Naming

Please name your file using the following format:
Session Number_Name
Example: 3B_JohnSmith.pptx

Advance File Upload

On October 14 and 15, speakers may bring their presentation file on a USB flash drive to Aristotle Hall. Conference staff will assist in uploading the file to the conference cloud storage and transferring it to the computer in the assigned venue before the session.

Last-Minute Updates

If you are unable to upload your presentation in advance, or if you have an updated version, please enter the venue during the break before your session and copy the file to the conference computer.

Using Your Own Laptop

Each venue is equipped with an HDMI cable. Speakers may use their own laptops if necessary; however, we strongly encourage all speakers to upload their presentation to the conference computer in advance to ensure smooth transitions and minimize technical delays.

Venue Etiquette

When entering or leaving a presentation venue, please avoid doing so while a speaker is presenting whenever possible, out of respect for all speakers.
