Important Notice: Registration Payment Deadline for Presenting Authors – September 15, 2026

To facilitate the preparation of the first version of the ACF 2026 Conference Program, we kindly remind all presenting authors that the registration payment deadline is September 15, 2026.

Presenting authors who have not yet completed their registration payment are kindly requested to do so by the deadline in order for their submissions to be considered for inclusion in the first version of the Conference Program.

In principle, submissions for which the required registration payment has not been completed by September 15, 2026 will not be included in the first version of the ACF 2026 Conference Program.

If you are unable to complete the payment by the deadline due to special circumstances, please contact the ACF 2026 Secretariat at acf2026.tw@gmail.com. Upon review and approval by the Organizing Committee, your case may be manually noted and an extension of the payment deadline may be granted.

Please note that submissions granted a payment extension may not be included in the first version of the Conference Program. They may be added in a later version after the registration and payment status has been confirmed.

Participants who are attending the conference without giving a presentation may still complete their registration and payment after September 15, 2026.

If you have already completed your payment, or if your case has already been separately noted and handled by the Organizing Committee, please disregard this notice.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to revise or adjust the relevant arrangements and regulations as necessary. All information and related matters are subject to the latest official announcements issued by ACF 2026.
